As the capital of Quebec and a significant city hosting a large ecosystem in photonics optics—an important discipline in the development of quantum technologies establishing a presence in Quebec was essential. Our sites at Luqia (formerly the National Optics Institute) and at COPL within Laval University put us directly in contact with this ecosystem.
